Rhonda Hingst, one of the owners of Veda's Flowers & Gifts in Murfreesboro, shares some wisdom she's always tried to impart to her own child.
Tuscany is a brand new subdivision in Murfreesboro within walking distance of the Siegel Schools. It is a community developed and built out by Landmark Homes, with 10 floorplans available from 1,900 to 3,300 square feet. There are just 34 homesites in this subdivision, which adjoins the Stones River at the back of the property and is within walking distance of the Siegel schools. Seven propertes are under contract and 3 have already closed as of the end of October, 2017. Twelve homes are currently active on the market, ranging from 330k -421k with move in dates from now into the Spring of 2018. Tuscany is slated to have a community pool and clubhouse, and stainless and granite are just a couple of the upgrades included in each house in the subdivision.
