Valleybrook is a brand new subdivision under development in North Murfreesboro, off of Compton Road and in between The Reserve and General's Run subdivisions along the Bear Branch Creek. This community is slated to begin sales in late 2017 and will have approximately 181 homes on 58 acres very close to the Veterans Administration Hospital, Publix Grocery store, and new commercial businesses that are under construction on Memorial Boulevard.  Goodall Homes has a development of single level cottage style homes in Nolenvsille, TN that was very successful and will be building a similar product in Valleybrook.  Square footage is slated to be 1,400-2,100 square feet in this collection of homes and prices will begin in the low 300's.  Lennar is another builder in the subdivision that has yet to release home plans on their website,  although they also build cottage style homes in Williamson County  that have proven to be very desirable.

As a full-time professional real estate agent with 20+ years in the business, I have assisted my buyers with purchasing new homes from both Lennar and Goodall Homes and welcome the opportunity to help you and your family with your real estate purchase and sales here in Middle Tennessee.
